Covid-19 customer update

A message from our Executive Chairman

The situation over the past few weeks has moved so rapidly that it has been a challenge to stay ahead of government guidance whilst prioritising the safety of our customers & staff.  Crisis reveals character and I am proud of how our staff & partners have responded to this situation.  We took the decision, in line with Scottish Government recommendations, to shut down all construction activity on Tuesday morning.  Our Management team continue to work mainly from home or with strict social distancing guidelines in place.  We will use this time to prepare for a return to work when the time is right and do our best to support our customers & staff during this period.

Our sales offices and showhomes are now closed however we are still contactable by telephone and email to discuss the homes available across all of our developments as well as any construction and joinery workshop enquiries. Although we have cancelled all face-to-face appointments, please get in touch to make a telephone appointment or to receive a digital brochure by email.

I would like to thank all of our customers and staff who, without exception, have been understanding & accepted the challenges we all face in the current crisis.  I will be working hard with my team to try and keep you informed of what is happening to your construction project, your new home and your return to work.   We will use this time as constructively as possible, personally I have found time to reflect in a positive way on many aspects of my personal & working life.
