Peering through the window of the Ballindalloch at our Grandhome development, Chikezie Nwariwe thought, “This is the home for me”. After a lengthy search for the perfect house for his family, it came to a close after discovering the charm that comes with an AJC home.

“I’d been searching for a home for quite some time before a friend mentioned to me that I should look at the AJC homes. I visited the development over at Grandhome and looked through the window of the home I’m in now and thought ‘Wow! This is the home for me’.”

“I just remember it being so smooth and so pressure-free.”

The day you get your keys to your new home is always a favourite moment and Chikezie took to TikTok to share a tour of his new home which generated more than 55,000 views and many comments from intrigued viewers.

“We didn’t need to do any decorating - it was really a case of getting the furniture we needed.
